How to Shop at Catta’s Shop

Thank you for visiting Catta’s Shop! Below you will find a simple guide on how to place your order.

Shipping within the EU: 200 SEK

Shipping outside the EU: 300 SEK

1. Choose your products

Select the category and the items you want to buy.

  • Enter quantity, size and color (if applicable).

  • Click “Add to cart” to place the item in your shopping cart.

Fabrics:
All fabrics are sold per decimeter (dm).
Example: If you want 140 cm, enter 14 in quantity.

The price shown is the price per decimeter.
For example, if a fabric costs 15 SEK, the price per meter is 150 SEK.

2. Shopping cart

In the shopping cart you can see all the items you have selected.

Here you can:

  • change the quantity

  • remove items

  • review your order before checkout

3. Checkout

At checkout you can:

  • choose your shipping method

  • leave a message with your order

  • select your payment method

Payment is handled by Klarna.

Fill in your contact information carefully.
Make sure your email address is correct, as your order confirmation and order number will be sent there.

When everything is correct, click “Complete purchase” and accept the terms and conditions.

4. Order confirmation

When your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If you do not receive it:

  • check your spam/junk folder

  • if it still hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, please contact info(at)cattasshop.se

5. Delivery time

Delivery within the EU normally takes 2–14 working days from when the order is shipped from Sweden.

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible.
At the moment there is no fixed shipping day.

6. Payment provider

When making a purchase, certain information is shared with our payment provider in order to complete the transaction.

Stored information may include:

  • first name and last name

  • address

  • email address

  • phone number

If you choose invoice payment, your personal identity number may also be stored by the payment provider.

This information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect against fraud.

Payment providers used:

  • Klarna

  • Swish (only available in Sweden)

7. Shipping company

To deliver your order, some information must be shared with the shipping company.

Shared information may include:

  • first and last name

  • delivery address

  • email address and/or phone number (for delivery notifications)

Shipping partner:
PostNord

Detailed terms and conditions are currently available only in Swedish.
